Mark Perryman - General Manager
Mark was appointed General Manager of Resolve FM early 2010. Mark has 30 years experience in the building and construction industry, with a focus over the last 12 years on the large portfolio Facilities Maintenance including National Portfolios, PPP, and large single site. Prior to joining Resolve FM, Mark has held senior positions in the FM industry, including National Operations Manager for Honeywell TAM business, General Manager for the Northern Region for KGFM (now United Group Services) Prior to this, Mark spent a total of 15 years with Kilpatrick Green in a variety of divisions and roles.

Mark Ghilardi – Business Support Services Manager
Mark’s current position at Resolve FM is that of National Support Services Manager, in this role he is responsible for all support services for our business (Human Resources, HSE & Finance). He also has an additional position with the Norfolk group of Divisional Human Resources Manager – Fire & Property Division Mark has over 30 years experience in Payroll, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Employee Relations & general administration across a variety of market sectors and more recently within facilities management organisations.

Steven Ward - National Mobilisation Manager
Steven is a dedicated Senior Contract & Mobilisation Manager who possesses extensive experience in the management of staff, contractors and co-ordination of resources on large scale projects. Steven has over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry and combines outstanding expertise and leadership, with highly developed business acumen to deliver optimum outcomes for clients.

Jeffrey Robertson - National Business Development Manager
Jeffrey is an energetic self-starter recognised for high-profile turnaround achievements affecting revenue, stability and profitability. As an innovative thinker, Jeffery has broad-based expertise in operations, finance and business development. With a proven ability to quickly analyse key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom line, Jeffery is an integral part of the Resolve FM Senior Leadership Team.

Daniel Png - Western Australia State Manager
Daniel is the Western Australia State Manager with Resolve FM and is accountable for a portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential facilities management contracts in Western Australia. Daniel brings a wealth of international and Australian experience in civil aviation, armed forces, project management and operations. As State Manager, Daniel is responsible for the financial, operational, safety and quality performance of the contracts. The contracts managed include those for scheduled and preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, property management & maintenance, property condition audits and reporting and consultancy services.

Guenadi Nekrouchets - Regional Operations Manager for NSW/ACT
Guenadi is responsible for the effective and efficient performance of all contracts within NSW and ACT. As the Regional Operations Manager, Guenadi has been instrumental in implementing an extensive systematic approach to managing Facilities Management Contracts. Guenadi is a customer service orientated Manager with highly developed skills providing leadership to his Service Delivery Teams.

Steve Whitford - Regional Operations Manager for VIC/SA
Steve is an experienced Operations Manager who has a background in delivering solutions in both facilities management and customer service environments. Steve leads strategic development and performance improvements across all his contracts with an excellent record of achievement. Steve has a strong commitment to leadership with the ability to extract maximum team performance and maintaining networks throughout all levels of Resolve FM.
